- Northeast of Cruik Fortress
Geography
The Payavlenie Ravine is northeast of Cruik Fortress (Yuktobanian Defensive Line). The surrounding area from Cruik Fortress area to the Payavlenie Ravine area are similar, but the two regions do have their differences. The one of the main notable observation is the lack of vegetation. The ravine walls and the surrounding area seem to consist of sedimentary or metamorphic rocks. This also accounts for the step and craggy landscape of this area. The river that flows through the area possible originates in the northern region of Cinigrad, Yuktobanian Capital city. There are no towns or any other signs of civilization, besides the various automated surface-to-air missile sites that cover the entire region.

Operation Riverbed
Payavlenie Ravine is the headquarters of the Yuktobanian Freedom Fighters. On December 16, 2010, Razgriz Squadron was sent there to locate one of the two V1 tactical nuclear devices that the Belkans have given to the Yuktobanian military forces. By the time they got there, they found the Freedom Fighters trying to defuse the device. Razgriz began to destroy the local Yuktobanian Naval and Air Forces that was sent into the region to stop the Freedom Fighters. After the local military forces are “persuaded” to leave the area, the integrated Yuktobanian Aggressor Squadron, Ofnir, tried to stop the Razgriz. In the end, all 4 of Ofnir's Su-35 Super Flankers are all but shot down. The Freedom Fighters sent out via a submarine to scatter the defused pieces of the device to the bottom of the Ceres Ocean.
