Rank: Leader of Gryphus Squadron

Biography:
During the 2020 Aurelian-Leasath conflict, the country of Leasath sought to take 'revenge' against it's southern neighbor for 'years of exploitation' which in reality wasn't true. During the early stages of the war, Leasath had the upper hand, sweeping aside any Aurelian resistance. However, during a bomber intercept; Gryphus One had successfully downed all Leasath bombers, as the squadron celebrated over the victory, the Gleipnir, a stealthy, heavily-armed airborne fortress appeared and launched an SWBM, in which the resulting shock wave wiped out most of the Gryphus squadron, with the exception of Gryphus One himself and a couple others.

From this point on, the Aurelian military slowly, but steadily began to retake the country. After an encounter at Terminus Island, the Aurelian Airforce located the Gleipnir undergoing repairs at Santa Elva. Gryphus One dueled with the massive flying weapon and was successful in destroying it once and for all. Afterward, Gryphus One and the rest of the Aurelian military continued to push all Leasath forces out of the country until the capital was finally liberated.

However, it wasn't over yet, as Leasath still had some tricks up it's sleeve. The Aurelians found out about the new Leasath super fighter; the "Fenrir" which used battle data collected by the Gleipnir. Also, they discovered that Diego Navarro, the Leasath Prime Minister had escaped to Archelon Fortress, where the Fenrir was secretly being manufactured. The Aurelians knew they had to act quickly; Gryphus squadron was scrambled to eliminate the Fenrirs and Archelon Fortress, however along the way Gryphus squadron encountered the 'Alect' Squadron, a group of Leasathian aces.

The two squadrons clashed, with both sides suffering losses, but in the end Gryphus squadron was triumphant and continued on to Archelon Fortress. With the Alect destroyed, the Aurelians now had to deal with A.I. piloted Fenrirs as well as the presence of a Micro-Wave weapon, which caused an aircraft's fuel tanks to overheat and explode, Gryphus squadron engaged the Fenrir and all Leasath forces on Archelon, with Gryphus One defeating all Fenrirs as well as a Shock-Wave Cannon that had been placed on the island, the victorious Aurelians could now truly celebrate the ending of the war, despite Diego Navarro's disappearance; during which Gryphus One commented; "I don't like warm weather".

In an alternate scenario, the Alect successfully reach Archelon Fortress, where they are outfitted with the Fenrir, combined with their massive skill, they made the Fenrir seem unbeatable, but despite their capabilities, Gryphus One overcame all odds and defeated them, he also had flown inside Archelon to destroy the Fenrir production inside the fortress. The war was now over.

I remember an image of G1's F-22 during one of the cutscenes; I'd use that as the main image, if I could find it.

Just out of sheer curiosity, does Gryphus 1 actually speak during the cutscene where he talks?

No, it was Eugene who said that: "He said that he (Gryphus One) didn't really like hot weather"

ACS is a anarchy where you can get away with any stupid comment, if you like ACS fine but you're wrong. No matter what logic you come up with. It is only "fun" in an online world were these conditions of anonymity exist and people can escape their lives and play alpha pseudo intellectual.
