Biography:
Allen C. Hamilton is Sand Island's second-in-command and Captain of the 596th Squadron of the Osean Air Defense Force. Good-natured; despite his cool demeanor, this elite officer rarely associates with the airmen.

After Operation Doodlebug, 108th TFS Wardog returned to Sand Island Airbase. Since the Belkan squadrons had failed to eliminate Wardog over the Vladimir mountains, Hamilton had convinced Lt. Colonel Perrault that the Wardog pilots were Yuktobanian spies. The base was locked down and ordered to capture or shoot them on sight. Thanks to help from "Pops" Wardog managed to escape into the air with Hawk T.1A training jets. Hamilton then ordered every allied aircraft in the area to find and shoot down Wardog. The 8492nd squadron had attempted to pursue Wardog, but eventually lost track of them; due to a volcanic island's magnetic radar interference, they soon disengaged. AWACS Thunderhead had now vectored Marcus Snow call sign "Swordsman" from the Naval Air Force onto Wardog. Swordsman fooled the AWACS into thinking that he had shot them down, and that no survivors were found. It had been confirmed that the traitors had sank with their aircraft and were KIA.

Later on, it is revealed that Captain Hamilton had once flown with the Grabacr Squadron, (or 8492nd Squadron as they were also known) and that he is actually working for the Belkan Grey men. He was killed in his MiG-1.44 while pursuing the Razgriz squadron during Operation Aces, when hit by a ricocheting plane in the mountain tunnel.
