Overview:
This fictional variant of the popular F-16 series is truly one of kind. It is based off of the F-16XL test bed for new avionics and laminar flow tests in the later 20th and early 21st century. This F-16 is designed around a 'cranked arrow' delta wing design, which is proven to increase its total flight range while maintaining its natural manoeuvrability. Unlike the F-16XF, this variant is focused more on the ground attack role. Changes from the standard F-16XL are the installation of a COFFIN system, redesigned air intakes featuring a small fin on the intake and a more powerful engine enabling the plane to reach Mach 3.25.

F-16 MLU = mid life upgrade, which was to modify existing f-16A airframes to have better capability, the USAF pulled out of this program though some european users participated in the program.

The MLU falcons arent the same since the f-16XL was envisioned as a completely new variant of the F-16 series for a strike requirement laid down way back in 1981.

OR maybe you are referring to MLU because of the XA designation in the name, where the A coud mean that GR rebuilt F-16A variant airframes to sakerfalcons.

I think the A stands for Attacker. Cause the name is F-16XA and the fighter F-16 is called F-16XF

Just a Thought, Doesn't this and the Fregata have a similar camo style? a circular desert style?

Yep, the original plane that had that circular camo was the Sakerfalcon, and reused on the XL and Fregata, which is a pretty unique scheme IMO.
