Background:
The Mirage 2000D is a specialized strike version of the Mirage 2000C interceptor/air superiority fighter used by the French Air Force. The -D version was intended to be a conventional attack version of the Mirage 2000N nuclear bomber which was designed to carry the ASMP standoff nuclear missile. It was conceived when development of the advanced Rafale fighter was delayed. The Mirage 2000D's airframe is very similar to other Mirage 2000s except for the addition of a second seat (the -N is also a two-seater and both are based on the Mirage 2000B trainer). Although the Mirage 2000D can carry a much larger payload than the Mirage 2000C, it still retains the blistering speed and agility of the -C version. The Mirage 2000D also has very advanced Antelope terrain-following radar which allows the aircraft to fly automatically as fast as 682 mph at only 300 feet. The Mirage 2000D can also carry laser guided weaponry in conjunction with a Thomson-CSF ATLIS pod. The strike versions of the Mirage 2000 completed a formidable multi-role family of aircraft that spearheaded the French Air Force in the 1990s.

Not to be a pain or anything, but I think the images within the article (A, B, C, etc.) are supposed to be ingame screenshots. Correct me if I'm wrong.

From the other articles I've seen they can be real world pics.

We only use real world shots if we have limited in game screenshots.. We don't need 10 image links for the aircraft, 3 or 4 are just fine.

In the aircraft select screen of AC5, it says this plane is armed with UGBLs...And when you actually fly it, it has UGBs...typo on Namco's part?

If I recall, UGBLs are not even the weapon title for the SP type in AC5. I believe the term was applied in other games due to the fact that they had different bomb sizes in those installments, but I do not recall that being so in AC5. So yes, I would imagine it to be a typo.

No UGBLs in AC5, no.

Actually, the MiG-1.44 is armed with 18 UGBLs and when you fly the plan, they are indicated a such.

Yeah, both the A-6E Intruder and the Mig 1.44 have UGBLs in AC5.

LOL. The skins of MIR-2000D seems to remind me into older ACs:
2nd pic: YAF Mirage 2000C
3rd pic: OADF and ISAF Mirage 2000C
5th pic: Rigaux's Mirage 2000C from AC04 (Also SP Paint of MIR-2000 in AC04)

I dunno about the other pics, though. Any suggestions?

The Wuefrel's scheme looks like the ones in Dassault protos. BTW:

Look closer in that Mir-2000D far away. It's have YAF roundels, so the pre-launch AC5 version has YAF roundels on the enemy planes?
