Overview:
Neucom was using jamming facilities in the Waiapolo Mts. to disturb General Resources' airways. This action was violating the rules set by UPEO which gave the UPEO a reason to send the SARF into the area and destroy all Neucom Jamming and Base Facilities, while encountering light resistance.
