Background:
The F-15 Eagle is an all-weather, extremely manoeuvrable, tactical fighter designed to permit the US Air Force to gain and maintain air superiority in aerial combat. The Eagle's air superiority is achieved through a mixture of unprecedented manoeuvrability and acceleration, range, weapons and avionics. It can penetrate enemy defense and outperform and outfight any current enemy aircraft.

The F-15 has electronic systems and weaponry to detect, acquire, track and attack enemy aircraft while operating in friendly or enemy-controlled airspace. The Eagle can be armed with AIM-7F/M Sparrow missiles or AIM-120 advanced medium range air-to-air missiles on its lower fuselage corners, AIM-9L/M Sidewinder or AIM-120 missiles on two pylons under the wings, and an internal 20mm Gatling gun in the right wing root. The weapons and flight control systems are designed so one person can safely and effectively perform air-to-air combat.

The F-15's superior manoeuvrability and acceleration are achieved through high engine thrust-to-weight ratio and low wing loading. Low wing-loading (the ratio of aircraft weight to its wing area) is a vital factor in manoeuvrability and, combined with the high thrust-to-weight ratio, enables the aircraft to turn tightly without losing airspeed.

As of today, the F-15 kill record stands at 104 air-to-air victories and no air-to-air losses.

The F-15C is faster than the F-15E in AC5 and ACZ...but it's not faster than the standard F-15E in AC6. I wonder if the F-15E is actually slower or faster than the F-15C in real life...Anybody know about this?

According to the USAF's own website both the F-15C and E top out at the same Mach 2.5+ speed, or 1,875 mph.

Alright... Can F-15Cs carry Mk.82 (UGB/M) bombs in real litfe? Since from what I know, the F-15C is limited to the air superiority role, when the F-15E is the strike variant. Can anyone help with this one?

It cant carry air to ground ordinance, it's optimized for the air to air role. Though RB, or AJ in ACS says any plane can carry a bomb, just as long as you modify the avionics and stuff.

The F-15C does have some rudimentary free-fall aiming capability through its HUD. Additionally, the Israeli Air Force, from what I've read, did utilize their F-15C's to drop Mk.80 series free fall bombs. It wouldn't surprise me if the F-15C's upgraded with AESA in USAF service might gain the ability to drop JDAM-series bombs as a bonus.

Thing is, this free-fall bombing capability is built-in to any aircraft with a HUD. But that doesn't mean that the aircraft's hardpoints are rated for bombs or if the aircraft's design is stable or practical enough to drop them.

F-15B's were used in a Israeli airstrike in Tunisia in the 1980's btw.
