Biography:
Toscha Mijasik is a part of the Estovakian Central Military District Air Force, 370th Air Wing, 9th Squadron 'Strigon'. He first appears with the Strigon Squadron over Gracemeria during the raid of the city. He and flight leader Voychek seem to have a sort of friendship between them.

Apparently, he was in high school while Civil War in Estovakia was broke out. Then he joined the air force and showed his innate talent as a fighter pilot during Civil War. At the end of Civil War, he continued serving his country and took part in the invasion of Emmeria's capital city, Gracemeria, along with his elite squadron and a formation of five flying fortresses.

He has a close relationship with Ludmilla, his girlfriend, who comes from Nordennavic to reunite with him. At the end of war, they wed and changed their lives forever.

Biography:
Ludmilla is one of the seven main characters who tell the story of Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation. She is an Estovakian woman whose lover is a member of the Air Force. She came to Emmeria to be at the side of her loved one, regardless of the dangers.

She had come from the neutral neighbor of Emmeria, the Kingdom of Nordennavik to search for her boyfriend, Toscha, who was a pilot in the Strigon Team. In Nordennavic she was studying medical subjects. She seemed faily quiet and her personal life was shrouded in mystery. Following Estovakia's failed attempt to destroy Gracemeria with cruise missiles, Ludmilla and her traveling companion, Melissa Herman, pled with an Estovakian intelligence officer, Colonel Victor Voycheck, to help end the conflict once and for all.

Tired of the senseless destruction around him, the officer agreed to share the top secret contents of his briefcase, the plans for the destruction of Gracemaria with a massive railgun codenamed Chandelier, with them. After the war, she was married to Toscha on the grounds of what was once an Estovakian prison camp.
