Biography:
Seryozha Nikanor was the prime minister of Yuktobania in 2005, and possibly through other years as well, though this is not confirmed. Nikanor supposedly began and fought a hard-line war, as did Harling, during the Osea-Yuktobania war.

It's unknown what role Nikanor played during the 1995 Belkan conflict, but it is assumed that he later worked on the Arkbird project with Harling, "Building a Bridge of Peace that would span into Outer Space."

When the 2010 Circum-Pacific war broke out, he was secretly imprisoned by the Belkan aggressors for most of the conflict, but was rescued by Osean and Yuktobanian intellectuals working as a resistance movement (led by Jack Bartlett). He then worked for peace with Osean Federation President Vincent Harling, which led to Yuktobanian and Osean units joining forces to attack and destroy Grunder Industries' main facility housing the SOLG control systems.

What happened after the war to Nikanor is unknown, though he definitely survived and worked with, rather than against, Osea and Vincent Harling into the near future.
