No, he's the commander of the Wardog Squadron.. A Wing Commnader is usually the rank of a full Colonel or Brigadier General.

But a Wing is the equivilent of a Battalion in the Army... and Lieutenant Colonels do command Battalions... *adds Crimson's info to his memory bank*

But anyways, since when do Lieutenant Colonels command Squadrons...?
