it seems to have been a mistake who ever wrote the back must have confused the two with one another but since its an official source does that make it cannon until Namco says otherwise as their is nothing to contradict that claim?

also it raises another question who is the main character of Ace Combat 04? is it Mobius one? the storyteller boy? Yellow 13?

You play as Mobius one but no nothing about him or even that much about his faction. the storyteller boy tells the story a story about him but it mostly revolves around yellow 13.
