Overview:
The General Resource Defense Force launched a full-scale air strike against Neucom inc. facilities in Port Edwards, resulting in a large battle over the entire city between the GRDF and the Neucom Emergency Unit (NEU). The UPEO was ordered by the NUN to halt the battle at all costs. The SARF engaged all aircraft over Port Edwards in an attempt to cease the battle, which began to damage the city, further. All fighters and reinforcements were shot down before the city was damaged beyond repair.

Following this operation, the Ouroboros announced its existence and claimed responsibility for the attacks made by the SARF in Expo City and began to attack all of USEA through various means. At the same time, Gilbert Park also announced his involvement with the Ouroboros and the SARF's role in the rise of the Ouroboros. Rena Hirose also left to join the Ouroboros to finally answer the questions that had been plaguing her all of her life.
