Personal information:
Age: Unknown
Date of Birth: Unknown
Nationality: Leasathian
Blood type: ?
Height: ?
Weight: ?
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Brown
Rank: Commanding Officer
Status: MIA

Biography:
Commanding Officer Diego Gaspar Navarro is the leader of the country of Leasath. Much is unknown about his early life, except for that he led the faction that won the Lesathian civil war. Afterward, he led Leasath, and used his position to trick the Leasathian citizens into backing his war against Aurelia. In truth, he wanted to increase arms exports so that he could mass produce his super plane, Fenrir.

After the near-conquering of Aurelia, he held large parties in Gaiuss Tower, within the Aurelian capital of Griswall. After the loss of the Gliepnir, he ordered the Alect squadron to be put on standby, but, the Aurelian Military made it to Griswall first. By the order of the Aurelian High Command, Navarro was allowed to run, and they traced him to Archelon fortress. After the shoot-down of two Aurelian F-117's, he moved to Alendal, the capital of Leasath, and prepared to reveal Fenrir to the public. However, Gryphus One destroyed Archelon Fortress in front of the citizens of Leasath, and they stormed the stage. Afterward, Navarro was nowhere to be found. According to Albert Genette, he is the true victor of the Leasath-Aurelia war, for accomplishing his goal.

Err... I'm not too sure if I'm right or not, but isn't the Freedom Tower's real name is Gaiuss tower? Or something like that.

Question: which ending of the game is considered canonical? The one where Navarro flees Leasath or the one where he's killed by the Alendai mob?

Hm? But I think "killed by the mob" is only an assumption of... Wikipedia or Acepedia IIRC? CMIIW

Acepedia only states that Diego got the hell out of Dodge, while WP says that in the Fenrir real-time demonstration, Navarro's fate is unknown, while also saying that the most likely event is that he got killed by the mob. By the way, what mission does each ending belong to (ie. Navarro escaping = End of Deception I)?

It's not the mission you complete that matters, it's whether there were Leasath forces still remaining in Aurelia after you complete the last mission.

As in the player's chosen routes? If so, can you please give me an example?

Depends on the chosen routes, though basically you can't skip any missions unless they happen to be mission 7C and 3B(though their situation must be prevented, like the Miller unit never takes back Port Patterson, Hamlet Unit never unleashes Cynocrine, otherwise you have to do those missions if you're aiming for the ending Navarro gets killed on stage)

For example, you just finished the mission to destroy the ships carrying the HPM to Archelon Fortress. Now you get to choose whether to destroy the naval fleet or just head to Archelon Fortress. Just heading straight to Archelon would give you the ending where Navarro manages to get away and Aurelia is still fighting Leasath remnants

However if you chose to destroy the fleet and then went on to the fortress, you'd get the ending where the crowd riots, destroys the Fenrir prototype on stage and Genette gets a surfing Santa memento from a shop

The only way to know which ending is canon is to have a sequel. That's it.
