AC3 - A Unit of the Universal Peace Enforcement Organization (UPEO)

Information:
The Special Armed Response Force (SARF) is division formed and maintained by the Universal Peace Enforcement Organization (UPEO). The SARF was created in 2040, eight years after the creation of UPEO. The SARF operates from *Newaco (二ューアーク) Airport in Expo City. While not a separate entity, but is a unit within the UPEO itself, the SARF is made up of pilots which act as a first reaction and interdiction force.

Following the events of the Phase Park Dispute, the UPEO began to force various NUN sanctions and no-fly zones across the Usean Continent against General Resource LTD and Neucom Inc. Neucom Inc. disregarded these sanctions and constantly vectored transports over Expo City, site of UPEO Headquarters, to protest the UPEO. Neucom Inc. saw the UPEO as nothing more than a puppet of General Resource LTD. because of Gilbert Park's past position in GR Ltd. and other UPEO-GR dealings.

As tensions between Neucom and General Resource mounted, the SARF was dispatched on various missions to prevent each side from engaging in a full-scale conflict. Throughout 2040, these operations included intercepting illegal military operations, ceasing armed conflicts and other peace keeping duties. However, with the appearance of the Ouroboros and the unexpected move made by Gilbert Park, the SARF eventually left the UPEO and brought about the assassination of Gilbert Park and the Ouroboros.
