Ace Combat 04: Shattered Skies Original Soundtrack
The Ace Combat 4 Shattered Skies Original Soundtrack is the most revolutionary of all Ace Combat soundtracks to date. The two composers who remained with the Ace Combat Namco Sound Team Music Staff after AC3, Tetsukazu Nakanishi and Hiroshi Okubo, completely re-invented their previous music styles (such as ambient and electronic used in the previous game), to a mainly orchestral one. All Ace Combat OSTs since AC4's are still composed with orchestral instruments at its core. A choir was used for the first time in an Ace Combat soundtrack. Guitar influences from Air Combat and AC2 were also revived, this time featuring both electric and acoustic guitars in a variety of tracks in the score. However, the most notable event in the soundtrack's production was the hiring of inexperienced composer Keiki Kobayashi to the Namco Sound Team. The AC4 OST was the first major musical production that Keiki Kobayashi participated in, and his work in the soundtrack ultimately assured his promotion as Music Director in the Ace Combat series for the next games to come.

I have so far to go
And only heaven knows
The sun keeps shining *Everything is bound to change*
And the wind keeps blowing
But the wide blue sky *Wide blue sky always the same*
It forever stays the same
I've been finding
that the choice it will make....
That the wide blue sky
that its never gonna change
*But I have so far to go*
*And only heaven knows*
*Yes I have so far to go*
*Heaven knows*
Not-ah one day goes by
Bring back my blue sky
On which I rely
Theres hope in the wide blue sky
*Wide blue sky*
*Blue skys given me so much hope*- Repeat 8x
*is the chorus/background voice"

What's "Heven's Gate"? I didn't see "Heven's Gate" listed on the track list...

Nemo is a computer. Nuff said. Ever played a game with an unbalanced AI that can snipe you from the other side of the map using a pistol and makes you rage? That's Nemo.

I hope it's okay to post this question here, sorry if not. I just figured the post on the soundtrack would be the best place.

I am curious on this point. I know that as the Agustin Barrios Mangore arrangements go, Prelude is La Catedral: Preludio, Lento, and Una Limosnita Por Amor de Dios is exactly as the name says. However, what song is "Session" arranged from?

Thanks
