Overview:
The Black Eagle appears in AC6 as Estovakia's MBT. In the real world, it is a prototype competing with the T-95 to replace the T-90 in Russian service. The Black Eagle or "Object 640" is based on a lengthened T-80U hull, with an extra pair of road wheels and a brand new turret. It appears to have very thick front armor and new-generation Kaktus explosive reactive armor on the hull and turret. The turret has a very large, box-shaped turret bustle instead of the traditional dome shape of previous Soviet and Russian main battle tanks.

According to Russian reports, the Black Eagle design has abandoned the carousel-style auto loader in the fighting compartment for an auto loader mounted in the large western-style turret bustle, which incorporates a blow-out armored ammunition compartment for crew safety, like the U.S. M1 Abrams tank. The prototype has a 125 mm tank gun, but it has been stated that it may accommodate a larger 152 mm gun (compared to the 120 mm or 125 mm-caliber guns of main battle tanks in service). Due to its size, it is probably substantially heavier than the T-80, and so would require a more powerful engine to achieve the same mobility. Due to the Omsk Tank Plant bankruptcy, development of the T-95 and Black Eagle has been canceled.
