LEASATH ARMY
ACX - Service Information

Overview:

The Democratic Republic of Leasath possesses a large and powerful ground army; it is equipped with a mix of modern and older weapon systems. Besides the regular army, there were also three special forces units; the Skylla, Miller, and Hamlet units. The Leasath army was involved in Leasath's own civil war and later saw action against the Republic of Aurelia. The Leasathian army was victorious in swiftly achieving victory over it's southern neighbor, with Aurelia's military quickly collapsing. It was only when the Aurelian ace 'Gryphus One' appeared, the Leasath army soon met it's match.

Hard to believe that Leasath had such an extensive military force just barely a year after they fought in a civil war.

"Feelin's? Look, mate, you know who has a lot of feelin's? Blokes what bludgeon their wife to death with a golf trophy. Professionals have standards: be polite, be efficient, have a plan to kill everyone you meet."
-The Sniper, Team Fortress 2

"Heroes who shed their blood and lost their lives! You are now lying in the soil of a friendly country. Therefore rest in peace. There is no difference between the Johnnies and Mehmets to us where they lie side by side here in this country of ours. You, the mothers, who sent their sons from far away countries wipe away your tears; your sons are now lying in our bosom and are in peace. After having lost their lives on this land they have become our sons as well."

Keep in mind that Navarro used aid sent from Aurelia to purchase vast amounts of weapons and used arms sales to help fund the development of new weapon systems.

In the first picture, isn't that a LAV-25? Sure looks like one in the foreground. Behind the LAV and Bradley it look like the is an M113 too I think it's called.

I've been wondering that for awhile myself. The closest thing I've found is the Japanese Type-87 recon vehicle.
