Aquila Squadron

Aquila Squadron en route to Archelon Fortress (AAF: AA/12/2020)
Image A - Image B - Image C - Image D

Aircraft List:
F-22A Raptor
YF-23A Black Widow

Background:
The Aquila Squadron is notable for it's participation in the raid on Archelon Fortress, alongside Gryphus 1. Two things can happen to the Aquila Squadron when the raid takes place. If the convoy from Cobalt Cave reaches Archelon Fortress, Aquila Squadron will suffer heavy losses due to the Fenrir's HPM, losing it's lead and number 2, and, later, the activation of the Shock Cannon implemented onto the fortress itself, which downs Aquila 3.
If instead the Alect Squadron reaches the fortress, Aquila Squadron will only suffer the loss of Aquila Two after some minutes of hard battle.
During the Aurelian-Leasath War, the Aquila Squadron flew F-22A Raptors.

For the second situation, if you destroy the enemies fast enough, you won't lose Aquila 2.

Namco's big on Easter eggs. I'm guessing it's that.

Could you add some pic to the article?.... i mean, one of the Garage that you posted..... I think the Aquila Squad have the same paint scheme of the normal Aurealia one, but you must confirm, because you are the expert in ACX here tongue.gif

Aquila Squadron in formation (note: lead plane in some of them is Gryphus 1, distinguishable by the lack of a yellow-ish canopy)

EDIT: Linked the aircraft pictures in the hangar to the aircraft list. They will be replaced at a later point.
