Skylla Unit

Overview:
The Skylla Unit is an elite special forces group known for their deadly and flexible battlefield tactics. During the war with the Republic of Aurelia, the Skylla unit was stationed at Sachana air base, a strategic facility captured from the Aurelian air force. In one operation, the Aurelian ace 'Gryphus One' was sent in on a surprise raid to catch the unit off-guard and to retake the base. Despite the heavy defenses the Leasath forces had set up, Gryphus One successfully managed to make it past the defenses and proceeded to eliminate Lesathian forces and the Skylla unit.
In an alternative scenario, Gryphus One encounters the Skylla unit at Mount Nevera, during a mission to destroy the jamming facility the Leasath forces had set up there. The Skylla unit attempted to cut down old power lines that would have been the only way for G1 to locate the power stations that were supplying energy to the jammer; despite stiff resistance from the Skylla unit and other Leasath forces, Gryphus One was able to destroy the jammer and the Skylla unit.
And finally, in a third scenario; the Skylla unit is deployed to launch missiles at Griswall after the regular army had failed to overrun the Aurelian Liberation Corps when they had inadvertently lowered the city gates. Gryphus One is forced to intercept the incoming missiles before they can hit the city; despite fierce resistance from Lesathian fighters, G1 manages to destroy all incoming missiles and the Skylla unit once and for all.
