Neutron Beam
Plasma Beam

STATS:

Power: 20
Attack: 35
Defense: 100
Stability: 50
Mobility: 90

OVERVIEW:
The R-352 Sepia is the largest accomplishment in Neucom's Space Program. After using technology from the R-808 Phoca, their first Space Craft, they decided to take a radical step forward and incorporate the knowledge from that project, new Laser and Plasma Technologies along with Technologies under development.

The R-352 became is the first spacecraft to be designed purely for combat in space, thus making it the first space fighter. During the war in 2040 (Ace Combat 3) an R-352 is sent into space, intercepts and destroys four General Resource Orbital Satellite Lasers. After this it is believed that Neucom further researches the technology and may look into producing more units.

Do you know that is the only that you can almost turn off the engine? I reduce the speed to 3 km/h smile.gif

There's no way you're stationary, you must be at a dozen mach or so in that mission

But indeed the speed dropped down so much without stalling, but yes you're still traveling a few thousand mph if the plane is geo-stationer..

If you do a tight turn in the Sepia at high speed, because you are in space you will keep moving in the direction you were going until you power up the engines and head the other way. So at some point you will have reached a very, very low speed.

It's not a tanker, it's a booster. And the blueprints aren't from rainbowbear IIRC. They are from the Namco concept ar booklet.

mmm... so this work with hidrogen right?, like a rocket... for that the time of battle is minimun (4-5 minutes) mabye need another space center for refueling in the space and continue with the battle, or i'm wrong?
i mean, the motors work with another kind of thing?
antare, what do you know?

Could be hydrogen or it could be another exotic fuel. The R-311 for example doesnt look like it burns air but it can fight for around+5-6 mins (dont know) so I guess Neucom has some advanced fuel tech developed. Once you get nano engineering tech (nanobytes) creating advanced fuel and materials isn't that hard since you can fiddle with every atom.

And besides it was boosted into orbit by a huge booster rocket which takes care of most of the fuel requirements.
I'll try to find my old physics ntbk and maybe compute what amnt of thrust is needed to stop this ~60k kg vehicle from its top speed to zero.

Wow, that thing is uglier than an X-32. On an ontopic note, the reason the plane is so tough is that it's obviously designed to resist heat and friction because of its speed and space ability.
