OVERVIEW:
A unique class of plane, the R-351 Mobura is a specialized High Altitude Transport which carries two R-311 Remoras to provide area defense. These aircraft commonly fly in large groups allowing them to disperse their fighters in an effective manner. Moburas operate well above the earth's stratosphere and are difficult to reach using conventional fighters.

Well, I was speaking with Heinkel brings over of it.
When you decide for Neucom, your R-311 goes out of the center of the R-531. And when you play for UPEO, the R-531 release two R-311's. One to every side. This way that would be three those that the R-531 can load.

But so far it's either one or two Remora per craft. It might be possible, but it is not confirmed yet.

It might be only able to carry 1 or 2 Remora per craft (3 exceeds MTOW) or who knows..

I mean the positions of the Remora... one is in the center of the Mobura, and when you chosse UPEO, the mobura lit off two, one in each side. So there are three positions
