Games Featured In:
Ace Combat 2

Operators:
Usean Rebel Force

Ace Squadrons/Pilots:
ZOE Commander

Variants:
ADF-01 Falken

Armament:
Standard Gun
Short Range Missiles
Rear Facing Gun
Rear Facing Missile Launcher

Overview:
Seen as early as 1998, this radical design is relatively unknown for the most part, but possesses superior combat performance. Controlled by an AI system, this aircraft is essentially a self aware and independent UCAV. It also features a novel capability of firing missiles and guns at the rear making combat with the aircraft, more of a challenge.

Interestingly, this aircraft was later produced in its finalized TLS wielding form, now codenamed "Falken".

Is there any theories about how the Usean rebel force got Gründer Industries technology?

They didn't... they're the one's who built the plane, then, Grunder took it, put COFFIN into it to make it flyable by a Human, and upgraded it. The ZOE is an AI, and so, the plane didn't need a cockpit.

i think that this plane already has coffin in it. i think that maybe this is just a prototype for the adf-01f (the production variant.)

oh, and just to make things more confusing, in acx the falken is called adf-01, even though it is an adf-01f.

If they do that one more time, I'm gonna rip Bamco's head off. XD

Speakin' of which... how can the ADF-01 have COFFIN if the pilot is an AI?

O.o How does that work? For some reason, I keep on seeing that AI use aircraft without cockpits, unless they're Nemo.

Then that would be a huge time variance between the Coup and the so-called "Coporate-Wars". I'm not sure Usean Rebels had the technology to build an AI let alone a Falken....blink.gif

How would they get it from EASA? The ADF-01 is a Grunder product...

Probably stole it. After all, they did steal the Dragonet-class subs as well.

ADF-01 doesn't use COFFIN system, even if it can accommodate pilots. Purely AI system. IMO..
