The mission's a bit ramped up in terms of difficulty compared to whatever you've encountered to this point. My best advice if this is your first time through is to purchase the UGBL for the Phantom, it'll help a good deal. You might also want to use your machine gun whenever possible.
Ahead of you are some AA artillery, a Chopper, a SAM and a Launcher lined up in a straight line. Eliminate them then proceed to destroy the bridge on your right preferably with your guns then the tank and its chopper accomplice. The tank is a tad stronger than the rest of the ground target bunch and will take two missiles to fall.
Head a bit north and you should be notified of an SWBM threat. Dive to a low altitude (below 2400 ft/800 m) until the shockwave clears. To the north of the Davis unit is a tank, a launcher and some AA guns begging for an UGBL. To the south of the Davis unit are two stranded allied ground units with a tank approaching from the west. Stop the tank in its tracks and while you're at it destroy the surrounding units with another UGBL.
Now another SWBM alert should have surfaced. Duck below 2400 ft until it's all clear then head for the approaching tanks and SAM to the east of the Davis unit. If the Davis unit's still at full health, ICE should spawn now to the east.
At this point, SWBMs will strike in bunches so stay alert. Destroy the cluster of Hangars and non targets to the northeast of the Davis unit with some Unguided Bomb mania then slam the burners and head for the Hangar star unit to the far northeast. From this point thereafter it's just you and whatever targets you've got left till the end of the mission.
