MISSION 01: SITTING DUCK
AC4 - Campaign Walkthrough

<insert map here>

Mission Outline:
Intercept Erusian bombers and their fighter escorts over Newfield Island.

Enemies:
Air Target(s):
6 x Tu-95 "Bear" Bomber
2 x F-5E Tiger II
4 x MiG-21bis

Ground Target(s):
None

Naval Target(s):
None

Named Ace:
1 x F-5E Tiger II "Wang"

Total Target(s):
7

Reccomended Aircraft and Special Weapon:
F-4E Phantom II with UGBM

Mission Walkthrough:
Welcome to the Electrosphere.info Ace Combat 04 Walkthrough. For this walkthrough, the first four missions will need you to destroy all targets available on each map. This method will be choosen to allow you to get as many credits as possible in the beginning of the game and make the middle of the game a bit more manageable. In the beginning, you don't have much of a choice of aircraft, so, you'll just have to make due.

This mission is extremely simple. Fly straight ahead at full speed until you catch up to the Bombers. Instead of wiping out all of the bombers right away, it's best to shoot down the row of three bombers on your left and engage the near by escort fighters. Before shooting down the rest of the bombers, destroy all the escort fighters. Once you've shot them down, proceed to the north of the island where another blip will appear on you radar. This is the Ace Plane "Wang" flying an F-5E Tiger II. Destroy him, then proceed back to take out the rest of the bombers. Whether or not you stop the base and city from being bombed doesn't really effect the mission.

Okay ... I'll do the latter half of the game if you still want to work on this together.

It's cool. You're working on the ACZ one, anyways.

RC's doing that now. I'll do the 5 one tomorrow, OK?

I can handle that one by my lonesome, and I'm just gonna start a new game and play through it from square one so I can write an effective walkthrough. I'd appreciate it if I could be allowed to do that without anyone jumping in and screwing up the process.

No problem with that here. By the way, what do you think of this format for the AC4 missions? I think it'll work perfectly.
