Spawns to the east after the mission update
This mission might be tough for starters because of the near endless enemy aircraft reinforcements throughout the mission, from A-6Es to B-2As to Mig-31s to F-117s, you're in for a long brawl.
Once the mission commences, take out both X-29s head on (more on that in the maneuvers section). Hit the burners and sink the enemy fleet heading towards your allies. You should protect your allies from all harm if you're in for a rumble with PALADIN. A bonus if you do it quickly enough, you will enjoy a few seconds of peace before the next bunch of enemies spawn, some E-767s. Eliminate the stranded E-767 and its X-29 escort to the right, then proceed to make short work of the E-767 to the left.
After the mission update, you have two aircraft to the northwest, one to the north (that's PALADIN for ya), the star unit to the east and a ****ing iceberg. You want to take care of PALADIN and the star unit first then strike the afterburners for the A-6Es which should be flying over the Naiad now. Bust them out of the skies then head to the iceberg.
The iceberg is composed of three parts to be taken care of using guns. One, because it's too big to miss and two, because you're probably low on missiles right now and you still have a couple units to go. Once the iceberg's been neutralized, destroy the B-2As flying about and any aircraft that consequently spawn and escort the Naiad to safety.
