Overview:
Nemo and Dision launch an attack on Neucom Inc. officials in Port Edwards as well as the city's infrastructure. UPEO Forces attempted to shoot down the two Ouroboros pilots and the UI-4053, but were unable to fend off the attack. Various Freeways are destroyed, along with two buildings which were believed to have held Neucom officials. Following this operation, the Ouroboros retreated from Port Edwards and prepared to stage an attack on Megafloat.

Are you sure about the UPEO is the enemy? I think is Neucom...
Also, The R-201u and the Su-43 are from UPEO, but remember, UPEO is neutral in the war and it help to Neucom and GR. So UPEO is helping to Neucom.
