- Belkan Coastal Town -

Geography:
Anfang, located on Belka's Nothren coast, is surprisingly mountainous, despite being located near the Sea of Anfang. The highest peak in the northeast of Anfang measures about 1100 feet. Next to the town of Anfang lies a scenic beach. The middle of the town has a road which travels through Anfang into the nearby mountains and foothills. Automobiles are able to pass through the mountainous areas through a system of tunnels and roads.

The Belkan War:
On June 20th, 1995, during the signing of a Peace Accord in Lumen, Allied forces unfolded an operation to wipe out the last of resisting Belkan Forces. These remaining Belkan Forces refused the cease fire agreement and continued to combat the Allied Forces. Belkan Forces were made up of various air, naval and ground units and were placed in and around Anfang. The allied forces could not officially be involved because of the events happening in Lumen. Allied Forces carried out a secret operation known as “Operation Broom”. Broom would only deploy mercenary forces to wipe out the Belkan Forces in Anfang. Separated into three attack groups, Operation Broom was successful in irradiating the last of the Belkan Forces in Anfang.

Belka has no southern coast, just Area B7R. Look at a map and you'll see that. The only place where it touches a ocean is in the north,

Belka is land locked on all sides except for the North. Plus, even on the High-res map, Anfang is listed on the north.
