It seems to be considerably more powerful than a C4 in terms of the blast radius and damage it caused, and also its ability to destroy obstructions.

Aye...by obstructions, I mean that, or cement walls, etc. Also, C4s only demolish buildings easily because they blow the base causing the buildings to collapse themselves. Not too special. tongue.gif

Meh. That bomb is quite obviously far more powerful than C-4. Just look at it's size...and at what it has done. There are some possibilities that it's made of explosive mixed with incendiary material, considering the kind of explosion that it did.

Well then that answers my question about C4s...also, it wasn't the whole building but a lot of it. tongue.gif

It was probably some kind of ultra-high powerful, futuristic variant of C4.

...C9000!?

On a more serious note, something of that size filled with torpex would be explosive enough to blow the building open the way it did in the cutscene?

Meh, I don't think. It probably contained some incendiary material, judging from the blast of the explosion. Still, It's definitely not C-4. It's way more powerful than that, considering it's size.

IMHO, an explosion that size could possibly be done in a modern thermobaric weapon. The Russians have developed a thermobaric warhead for the RPG-7 that cold waste a house if it hit.
