Information:
Formed by Belkan ace Oswald Baermann, "The Falcons of Dawn" were first brought together a few months after the Belkan War. While many believed that this group was somewhat like "A World With No Boundaries", this is not true. It was also believed that they were extremists like the "Grey Men"; however, this is also not true. The "Falcons of Dawn" are a terrorist group comprised of former Belkan aces which hold a deep hatred for the allied forces, especially the Osean Federation.

Background:
As of 2005, they have been responsible for at least seven terrorist acts against the Osean Federation; most notoriously, the attack on the Mueller Trust Company. They are currently wanted by the Osean government.
