The Liberation of San Salvacion
- Broadcasted by: Andre Wolfske
- Paragraphs by: Ribbon-Blue

San Salvacion was one of the first ISAF Member State Cities to be taken by the Erusian Forces, at the beginning of the Usean Continental War in 2003. San Salvacion was the first place that the ISAF and Erusian Ground Forces had engaged one another; this resulted in the beginning of the ISAF retreat to the eastern coast. The city had become a vital part of the Erusian Frontline and their initial efforts to push the ISAF farther back. The city had, in a sense, become an Erusian Re-Supply Base, since many of their Forces which were going into combat stopped there along the way.

It was under Erusian Control until July 10th, 2005 when, near the end of the war, the ISAF launched a full scale offensive against the Erusian Forces in San Salvacion. This included the feared Yellow Squadron. The Offensive was known as Operation Fire Fly and was conducted at 0000hrs. (Midnight). During the battle a local correspondent named Andre Wolfske stayed in the National Broadcast Building in New City, despite the fighting and reported what he could during that time. An Erusian Officer there did attempt to continue to censor his transmissions, but he soon left as well. During the battle many of what the Correspondent said was censored, but what he is confirmed to say has been typed up. Unfortunately, there are many breaks in his broadcast, but it is still somewhat complete. The following are the correspondent’s actual words:

12:02: ...various explosions and reports from the fighters can be heard...

12:04AM:...the city lights have all come on at once...

12:05AM: ...it is now 12:05 AM Usea Central meantime...

12:05AM: ...fighting had broken out despite the early hour...

12:06AM: ...we apologize for the momentary disruption of this live broadcast...

12:08AM: ...throughout history this city has been the site of many wars...

12:08AM: ...fighting has broken out in San Salvacion again...under censorship...

12:10AM: ...The only thing visible in the dark are the tracers, engine flames and explosions...

12:10AM: ...from the lights and the noise, I estimate there are quite a number of them!

12:13AM: ...a single Fighter has yet to be sighted but jet noise can be heard...

12:14AM:...radio transmissions for the military are occasionally...

12:14AM: ...is that fighter with the Ribbon Insignia among them?

12:16AM: ...that was an ISAF Tank that just passed by us...

12:16AM: ...there are multiple tanks gathering on the Highway...

12:18AM: ...Flames can be seen, even from here...

12:18AM: ...there they go! Flying above us!

12:19AM: ...the airplanes are only visible when they explode...

12:19AM: ...this is coming to you live...

12:23AM: ...the Fighters which shot down the Bombers are passing over us now. The Erusian Officer in charge of censoring broadcasts has evacuated as well. Now we can shout "Victory is ours!" Andre Wolfske, reporting for Community Broadcast.
