In 2040, during the middle of the Neucom Inc. - General Resource LTD. Corporate War, a sudden interruption of much of the technologies produced by Neucom Inc and General Resource. This broadcast was aired on the Global Broadcast System and the Neucom Visual System, on the Usean Continent. It became evident that the impossible had just happened, when a revolutionary group known as the "Ouroboros" hijacked the Electrosphere. Here is the broadcast:

As a result, many facilities associated with General Resource and Neucom, such as banks, had to suspend operations.
