Biography:
Oka Nieba was a Yuktobanian AWACS controller, who had been sent to the front during the 2010 Circum-Pacific war, during which the world superpowers of the Osean Federation and the Union of Yuktobanian Republics had been secretly tricked into fighting each other by Belkan extremists. During the battle of Sudentor in North Osea, formerly South Belka; Osean and Yuktobanian forces raced to the city, each intending to gain the V1 tactical nuclear weapon that had been promised to whoever could protect Grunder Industries.

A combined force of Osean and Yuktobanian aircraft, helicopters and ground forces; all in support of their nation's leaders who's were calling for their respective sides to stop fighting each other and to bring the Belkan Grey Men who were truly resposible for causng the war to justice. Along the way the allies encountered and joined the 'Razgriz' a shadowy group of four black planes, each rumored to be deceased members of the Sand Island Squadron. The friendly Yuktobanian forces had also brought an E-767 AWACS with them, this particluar AWACS was code-named 'Oka-Nieba' in which the controller explained it meant 'Sky Eye' in the Osean's language.

Under the watchful eye of Oka Nieba; the Razgriz and the allied forces clashed with their hostile counterparts, including defending Belkan forces. The Razgriz eventually entered a tunnel buried into the mountains in order to halt the SOLG; a powerful weapon of mass destruction, from firing anymore of its devestating shots on the friendly units. They and another friendly fighters piloted by OADF Captain Jack Bartlett flew through the tunnel from opposite sides destroying the SOLG's system controls while evading their pursuers. The Razgriz and Bartlett managed to escape from the tunnel alive; although Captain Hamilton who had also flown into the tunnel; wasn't quite so fortunate, but it wasn't over, the SOLG was pre-programmed to fall to Earth should contact from the surface be lost. The Razgriz and Oka Nieba were deployed one last time in order to prevent it from obliterating Oured, Osea's capital.

The Razgriz raced out over Oured Bay, heading for the intercept point, when Oka Nieba suddenly picked up numerous signals heading for them at high speed - a double Belkan formation! - The Belkan Grabacr and Ofnir Squadrons were waiting, intending on a vicious fight to the death. In the ensuing duel, the Razgriz would emerge victorious. Unobstructed and with the SOLG in range, they set to immediately destroy it. After successfully preventing the destruction of Oured, the 'Unsung War' finally came to a close. During which the Razgriz had faded into history and legend; while Oka Nieba returned home to a hero's welcome.
