This mission might be a little tricky for some. You see, the entrances you are shooting at does not allow LASM or LAGM to connect, and when they explode, you don't want to be near. So, this is my tactic:

Climb to 6000ft/2000m, execute a Split-S, but don't pull up until the last second. Then, fire a single missile into the hangar, hit your afterburners, and climb vertically. This is fail-safe (regarding the explosion), because the fighters recommended for this mission will have no problem in accelerating vertically.

After blowing up them hangars - I hope you caught some of the ships in the explosion too - start killing the ships. LANCER will spawn to the west during the mission, just get to him and kill him.

After destroying the final ships, mission is accomplished.

Note: If you've played 14B before this, do NOT attempt to fly through the tunnel here in 14A; it is blocked.

Another good idea that woks for me 75% of the time is dropping a FAEB near the entrance of one of the hangars. skip the first one though. the Fregata is available.
