I'm not really sure what makes ORCA spawn here, so you might have to complete the mission several times before seeing him.

Allright, this mission is not as risky as 14B, however, this mission does involve some tunnel-flying! First, destroy all of the fighters, they are really annoying while taking out the facilities on the ground. Then, take out the SAMs and AA-guns around the island. Destroy all of the satellite dishes, and wait for the mission to update.

Before doing anything, search the skies for ORCA, he usually appears around now, and take out the start unit (a ship) somewhere near the island. When you fly near the large cave, quickly take evasive action; missiles from quickly-surfaced submarines will head right at you. Destroy the submarines, then enter the cave to destroy the facility. Fly through the tunnel, and mission is accomplished.
