By the way, I find it a little odd that the B-2 Spirit is credited, under the Northrop Grumman aircraft; but there aren't any B-2s in the game at all.

Harriers are pretty hard to miss, they're in the mission where you attack Ragno Fortress.

It's possible. The funny thing is, Namco did something similar with Ace Combat Zero; they listed the AC-130 Spectre among the Lockheed aircraft, and it wasn't even in the game at all!

No....it was in there, just hard to miss at times, but it's in there....
