Biography:
The barkeep's daughter is a major plot device in Ace Combat 4. She is the daughter of the barkeeper at the Sky Kid Bar and Restaurant, and keeps the tables, serves food and drink, and other barkeep duties. She has a crush on Yellow 13 and is jealous of Yellow 4.

One night, the story-telling child discovers her secret: She, along with several other men and women, are members of the town resistance. It is also discovered that she is the one who bombed Yellow Squadron's runway which led to the death of Yellow 4.

On the night of the liberation of San Salvacion she was caught setting explosives on Erusean military targets in an effort to aide ISAF and Resistance forces in the midnight operation. She, however, managed to escape.

After the recapture of San Salvacion she and the nephew of a taxi driver who stayed at her father's bar, followed the 156th TFW 'Aquila' or Yellow Squadron members as they retreated to Farbanti. After the siege of Farbanti was successful, her fate after the war is unknown.

She has a crush on Yellow 13 [Needs Confirmation] and is jealous of Yellow 4.

Here's comfirmation:

Storyteller: But what will happen to the others?
Barkeep Girl: We'll drive them out! This is our town.
Stroyteller: But I knew she didn't mean that from the bottom of her heart. Thirteen had stolen her heart. I knew this by the way she shot jealous looks at his wingman

(I think this comes from the 4th cutscene) But anyways, it states that 13 captured her heart, which means that she has a crush on him.
