He's a shadowy character of American nationality featured in the upcoming Ace Combat: Assault Horizon. The released teaser shows him manning one of the M134 Minigun of an MH-60L Direct Action Penetrator in a South-Eastern African battlezone, hence his nickname. His most prominent feature is the skull mask he wears underneath his flight helmet.
