The unknow SAAM is a Super530D
It's kind of a french equivalent of the AIM-7 Sparrow... In reality the Rafale doesn't used it at all.

Well, technically that image you 'provided' was the old image that was broken for awhile, but I don't really see any harm in crediting you for resotring it.

It intrigues me of how the Rafale in Ace6 have done the impossible by using High G over an extensive amount of time.
