Ace Combat Northern Wings is a mobile game in the Ace combat series released in December 2011. The player is a Nordennavic Air Force pilot know as Grendel 1, covertly taking part in global conflicts such as the Cricum pacific war and an unknown Usean conflict. The game has 8 fictional aircraft but they are very similar to their real life counter parts.

Vertical side scroller or horizontal? some ingame pics would be nice. then again, I prefer Vertical scroller over horizonal.

Actually Northern Wings has been up for quite some time, it's just been quiet about it.

WAT just wat, seriously, I'd expected it to better than the classic vertical scrollers such as AeroFighters series but that video is full of meh.
I'm guessing its probably cheap to buy or free at least.

Morons previewing a game, that's new! Also, no sound or music, hard to judge the actual fun factor.

Gameplay looks mediocre and slow too slowpaced. And seeing that enemy AA guns that can only shoot horizontal and vertical is a disappointment.
Why waste your money on that when the classics are better.

It should be noted that it looks awfully similar to Ace Shooter, Killer Copter and Post Combustion the horrendous Facebook App Games on the Ace Combat Page. And to be honest you'll get more fun out of Ace Combat Advance. And its set during the 3rd of September 1999 to 1st of April 2016.
