8492ND TACTICAL FIGHTER SQUADRON
AC5 - OADF Aggressor Squadron

Formation:
4 x F-15S/MTD Eagle

Background:
The 8492nd Squadron is the only all Belkan manned squadron in the Osean Military. Formed after the Belkan War, the Squadron was made up of Belkan Aces, willing to fight for the now neutral Osea.

Formed out of members of the Belkan Grabacr Squadron, the 8492nd acted as aggressors, training new pilots in the Osean Air Defense Force in Advanced Combat Maneuvering.

In the beginning of the Circum-Pacific War of 2010, the 8492nd had participated in the opening Osean operations to halt the Yuktobanian Main attack. After wards, they seemed to disappear as the war went on. There is no official record of the 8492nd in the Osean Military as of 2010, as if their existence was ever confirmed; it would lead to a huge outcry in the Osean Populace.

After disappearing, they reappeared in an ambush of the Osean 108th Tactical Fighter Squadron, chasing them to the Solo Islands bone yard, where they confirmed the “shoot down” of the 108th by Swordsman, the commander of VFA-206.

After a short hiatus, they appeared on December 12th shortly after the rescue of Heartbreak One by the “Razgriz” Squadron, and engaged in aerial combat until they were all shot down.

Believed to be KIA, the 8492nd joined up with their allies, Yuktobania’s Ofnir Squadron, and reappeared as their “true” selves on December 31st, attempting to clear the way for the SOLG as it dropped on Oured.

After a long dogfight, the “8492nd” (Grabacr) were shot down by the Razgriz, while some committed suicide by activating explosives in their planes.
