The Electromagnetic Launcher, known as Stonehenge, which has been successfully protecting the continent from the Ulysses threat, was a large scale project made from a collective desire of all of mankind. Because of the constructive area, the time it took to complete it, and efficiency, management, cost distribution and the ratio of nationalities of each project members has exhausted political consideration in all respects. Now, this meteorite intercepting gun is in danger of becoming a weapon, under the control of Erusea.

The Rash Act of Erusea
The Ulysses Asteroid collision four years ago was a significant event which every nation on the continent suffered and is now trying to recover and revive from the damage. This event is the opening to the Erusean Invasion of San Salvacion, the same country which was once the constructor of the Meteorite Interception Gun.

The lack of response and the management of each country, in the midst of the frame work of a new international organization was being put together, before it’s conclusion, the circumstances proved to be quite serious. Presently, most of the management and staff remain at the facility. According to an announcement from the Erusean side, they are in a healthy state “under the protection” of their troops. With Erusea having the facility under their control, means that there is no solid knowledge behind that guarantee. But, under UTO direction, which undertook a Stonehenge patrol, it still cannot confirm the status of 12 aircraft, along with the safety of patrolling soldiers.

We fear the fact that Erusea, which now obtains Stonehenge is doing some kind of activity within the facility. As for Stonehenge’s role during the planet fall four years ago, availability of leniency has began to curve, due to the fact that it has passed it’s peak of usefulness. In addition, due to the fact that one of it’s eight turrents received a direct bomb hit, the attack power of the facility is unclear. But there are times when a round is discharged, wether or not it is targeting a meteorite is unknown.

The Acquirement of the Country

Everyone criticized the rash act of Erusea, extremely, and was intended to firmly protest the military tension through out the continent, which increased with a single stroke. The Chief Director, with the latest occupation of the Electromagnetic Launcher Facility stated, “The judgement of taking that area was a big error. Erusea has turned the public opinion of the continent into the enemy. A military reaction that has not been taken, probably will not gain the participation of the continent’s countries national economic alliances”.

As for the participation of countries, there are many National Economic Alliances, but the sum of their military power matches that of Erusea, numerically. If there is no intention of transferring interests to Erusea, and an alliance is appearing in some sort of retaliation, you are not wrong.

The FCU President declared that if the Erusean Military does not withdraw from San Salvacion and the Electromagnetic Launcher Facility, by the last withdrawal time limit on September 14th, the FCU military will sanction an attack. The FCU military has started to move around San Salvacion, already. The possibility of the situation developing into war has become very likely.

Friction Comes to the Surface of the Refugee Problem

There is friction within the International Society, which is related to the refugee problem, which is occurring in the background of the rash act of the Erusean military’s Meteorite Interception Gun occupation.

Upon the meteorite falling in the USEA continent, 1,000,000 people became refugees, but Erusea was the largest refugee receiving state at. But, in April of the year 2000, the Erusean Ministry of Foreign Affairs suddenly announced it’s tightening of the Visa issuing to these refugees. This was in fact a refugee acceptance denial. According to the explanation of that same ministry, 200, 000 refugees had already entered Erusea and to accept anymore than that would be impossible. But criticism was concentrated onto them, since the world did not agree with their actions.

Eventually, they accepted the international community’s message and reopened to the refugees, which continued to gather at the Erusean border. Though, Erusea calls for movement to other countries and tries to transport them by using government-managed Aircraft, Buses and other modes of transportation, in a way which ignores the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). This transportation plan is known as the “Humane Air Transport Plan” and it continued refugee transport. The refugee camp on the Erusean Border, which had already exceeded capacity, was not capable enough to handle the refugee influx. Crime and the plague began to spread quickly.

The United Nations [General Assembly] Commissioner inspected the refugee camp, which was formed around the Erusean Border, “In order for the camp's bad hygiene to not become extreme, overcrowding conversion continues and it is a crisis circumstance”. As for the approximately 600, 000 people who gathered at the border, the situation with rescue goods which were moved around the continent, due to weather, finally ended with the good arriving at the camps. But, the situation was gradually becoming uneasy. “One country should not be punished with this Refugee problem; to rescue the people who continue this miserable life”, The Commissioner who’s international support is nessacary, was accepted by the other countries of the USEA Continent, which requested an enlargement of the framework and forward the Fall execution of evacuation plan, but the countries which answered this were very few in number.

The Erusean Minister of Foreign Affairs stated that they are exhausted “as a country”, in pervious interviews. As we know all the meteors which fell together even fell on Erusea. At the moment, our country is not capable of being a comfortable shelter in which a warm meal is prepared, with a soft sleeping floor and comfortable shelter. Most of the land has fallen on hard times, as has the rest of the continent”.

However, the Minister of State, despite his gentlemanly attitude, lowered his brow at this. When the International Public’s opinion came into discussion he had said, “Other countries have begun to boycott the goods of Erusean Products in peacetime and it is becoming an international problem, when the money is required to supply the nation. It is unreasonable to criticize a small country’s reluctance to the acceptance of 1,000,000 refugees in such a biased manner.” But, with private opinion he adds that the feeling behind his reply was not wrong. It is something that reflects he Erusean Domestic Public’s Opinion.

Countries Unite to Counter Erusea; "ISAF" Established.

FCU President Robert Sinclair, during a press conference, announced the Continental-National Economic Alliance was to exuviate and form the ISAF (Independent State Allied Forces) and keep constructing a closer relationship, even in a military aspect.

According to an explanation, the ISAF is a building defensive group/system which started with the economic alliance and participation of eleven nations. Their goal and purpose, as a whole, is to promote stability, defense and peace across the Usean Continent. Presently, 16 countries are participating. It was also stated that when a participating country is attacked, it will receive the participation of all nations to help defend that nation with the use of self-defense.

Between the FCU and it’s allies, the necessity of this military alliance which designated itself with the sole purpose of a defensive group, was argued due to the military threat of the Erusean Forces; while advancing as a concrete measure of cooperation. The opinion of the economy and supporting a single body had also came into discussion.

At this time the ISAF has begun to form Coalition Forces, which intergraded troops of each country, due to the possibility of a sanctioned attacked from Erusea. With the thought that the FCU would become the single chain of command, these forces were in place in case extensive support was needed in battle. The center piece of these forces, of course, are FCU Troops.

The ‘War Potential’ of the Independent State Allied Forces is that which matches the Erusean Military. But, in an actually battle, both sides have prepared themselves to take considerable damages. As for the ISAF and questions of Erusea being serious with intentions of war, the FCU President to answered: “We will obtain victory by all means, so that when tomorrow’s sun rises, everything is as secure as it has been.”
