This is a collection of information and photos from the years of 1989 to 1994, to explain the Construction of "Belka’s Monolith of Power", "Belka’s Sword of Destruction"; The Excalibur. These rare and untitled photos are the only ones found of the Excalibur's construction.
DECEMBER 17th, 1989

This photo was taken in the first week of the Excalibur’s rise to power. The concrete base is first put down and the area around the weapon is cleared for construction. The construction site is decided to be in Tauburg, Belka.
MAY 16th, 1990

The construction of the weapon’s heat vents and initial coolant towers begins. Also, the first of the multiple Solar Panels and RTS rail lines are being constructed.
OCTOBER, 8th, 1990
The construction of the Coolant towers in nearly complete, as the last tower is put into position. Many of the required Solar Panels are in place, but more are to be added. The Cooling vents are finally completed and are being reinforced.

In this photo, we also see the initial construction of one of the four, smaller RTS Laser Rail Cannons. These will be used for direct defense of the Excalibur.
JUNE 12th, 1993

The coolant towers are completed and put in place. The Construction of the Main Chemical Laser Tower began in 1991, but due to technological and engineering difficulties, it is only 80% complete by this time this year. This is behind the planned Schedule of the Belkan Engineers, but thanks to their efforts, these problems are overcome and construction continues.

In this photo, we see one of the many Over-Sized Load Cranes putting the first of the Excalibur’s inner Coolant components into it’s place.
AUGUST 9th, 1993

The Excalibur is declared to be 100% complete. The Coolant Towers, RTS Laser Cannon Rail Systems, Main Chemical Laser, Solar Panels and Heat Vents are finished and it is ready to be tested. The light at the top of the Excalibur is believed to be a glare off the Excalibur.
JULY 18th, 1994

After multiple test and checks on all vital systems by multiple Engineers, Scientists and other Specialists, the Excalibur is finally declared fully Operational on this day. The Military personnel in charge of the Excalibur are flown in and take their posts for the first time.

This photo is of the Chemical Laser’s Barrel. In the bottom left of the we see multiple Solar Panels and in the bottom right we see one of the RTS systems.
