Basset Space Center
- Osean/Yuktobanian Mass Driver -

Basset Space Center - The "Bridge into Space", a long mass driver was built here to service the Arkbird while in orbit. It's overall length is an astounding Seven Miles long. There are also several launch towers to send up communication satellites or military satellites.

Geography:
Basset Space Center was part of the diplomatic agreement between Osea and Yuktobania during post-Cold War normalization between two respective countries. This was known as the joint project of 'Permanent Space Station Construction". The geography around the mass driver has mountainous terrain and is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean too. The mass driver is built upon a seven mile extension of the Southern Osean coastline, possibly man-made.

Operation Silver Bridge:
It was attacked by multiple Yuktobanian C-130s with aerial tanks, battle tanks that were modified to use parachutes to touchdown. After the failure of trying to control the mass driver, the Yukes decided to level the mass driver, with B-2 Stealth Bombers and multiple cruise missiles, to prevent a launch that would arm the Arkbird with a super laser capable of firing from space. The attack was repelled, and the launch was successful.

This is cool, it would be even more awsome if someone could get the plans for this base and the really cool runway.

It's kind of cool to fly underneath the mass driver...It's almost like flying in a tunnel.
