Geography
Heirlark Air Force Base is located near the border of the Principality of Belka. The topography of the area consists of rolling hills and forests.

Background Information
Formerly an Air Base in South Belka before Belka was conquered by Osea. Heierlark is now used as a base to train Osean Air Defense Force Pilots. The Ustian mercenary Galm team once flew out to attack Mt. Schrim's facilities from Heierlark, and the legendary Wardog unit was trained here.

This air base is located in a place also known as "Nord Belka". Is this correct?

That's the local name, but the territory surrounding the base was annexed by Osea following the Belkan War. Technically, it's in the North Osea territory.

Strangely, "Nord Belka" means North Belka... but in the game, they're referring to South Belka, aka. the North Osean Territory.

No sweat. Where did you get the Nord Belka info from? That wasn't in-game, was it?
