Geography
White Valley is located in the northern part of Usea near the Cascade Ocean. It is wide land of ice and signs no life until Usean Rebels converted it into a base. Later General Resource Ltd. set-up a Radar Base which detected aircraft at high altitudes and alerted the GR Air Base.

Operation Bellissima
In 1998, during the Usean Rebellion, Scarface One was sent on a low altitude mission over White Valley. This low level attack was a preemptive strike against Rebel Forces attempting to mount a counterattack. Scarface One managed to slip under the Rebel radar net and destroyed multiple aircraft, including B-2 Bombers, on the ground at White Valley Air Base. Scarface One successfully destroyed the base and it's radar dishes together with the Rebel aircraft, including the Fox Force Four.

Operation Katina
Two years after the end of Usean Continental War, in 2008, extreme remnants of the war banded together and founded an organization called "Free Erusea". They immediately established new headquarter on naval island port of White Valley Bay. ISAF felt responsible for this circumstance and thus immediately dispatched their best air force squadron, Mobius Squadron. The Free Erusian Base was wiped out by Mobius One, who was later forced to engage multiple X-02 Wyverns before completing the mission.

Fates Intertwined (UPEO Version)
In 2040, a Neucom Inc. raid was launched against the GR controlled White Valley Air Base, but the attack was detected before it came too close. GRDF aircraft quickly launched a counterattack and stoped the raid.

Power For Life (Neucom Version)
The Neucom Emergency Unit was order to protect multiple R-531 Mobura aircraft as they flew by White Valley Air Base. Neucom Inc. launched multiple R-311 Remora fighters for escort. The NEU managed to escort the R-531s to safety, despite resistance from GR RF-12A2 Blackbird IIs.

Utopian Dream (Neucom Version)
In 2040, using a low altitude penetration operation, the NEU managed to destroy White Valley Air Base before any fighters were launched.

Stratosphere (GR Ltd. Version)
In 2040, General Resource LTD. launches multiple RF-12A2 Blackbird IIs to intercept Neucom Ultra-High Altitude R-531 transports as they flew past White Valley Air Base. The RF-12A2s, using quick boosters, managed to destroy all transports and halt the Neucom supply line.
