Geography
Dresdene is a beautifully viewed villages area located in point 02゚39'14"N 117゚31'59"E in Yuktobania territory, with full of wide green scenery. It has been an interest place of natural sight-seeing, attracting many tourists to visit mostly every day. Its land is containing abundant amount of mineral resources and mineral springs. An engineering university was also established in this area, though later it suffered as victim of Osea-Yuktobania conflict.

Blind Spot
On November 2nd of 2010, in the morning, the Yuktobanian air force's transport fleet was spotted flying over Dresdene; carrying set of electronic jamming signal equipment on their retreat. Osea’s air force soon assigned the Wardog Squadron, to halt Yuktobania force's retreat. The Wardog Squadron lead the entire operation against the fleeing Yuktobanian transports. Mid-way through the battle , the Osean forces attacked Dresdene for unknown reasons. This attack caused a serious damage to a engineering college in Dresdene; this attack broke all Osean orders and rules of engagement. This attack caused a bitter hatred of Osea to spread through out the Yuktobanian public. After completing the mission, Sand Island air crews were expected to report to Central Command headquarters in Oured, the capital city of Osea.

8492nd Operations
As the Osean Air Defense Force's Wardog squadron engaged Yuktobanian transports near Dresdene, the 8492nd Squadron entered the area as all transmissions were being jammed. Despite the jamming, the 8492nd Leader is heard saying "This is the 8492nd leader. All 8492nd units, proceed as planned." Soon after this the Yuktobanian Engineering College in Dresdene is attacked by Osean Forces. It is belived that the 8492nd squadron had in fact commenced the attack in Dresdene in an attempt to disrupt Wardog operations, along with Osean mainland military operations and relations with Yuktobanian civilians.

I've got a question: if there is an official screenshot of Dresdene, then that means it is seen somewhere in gameplay (Blind Spot), right?

Correct. Dresdene is in "Blind Spot". The screenshot above is from the official Japanese AC5 website.
