MISSION 10: TANGO LINE
Operation: Woodpecker
- Strike against the Erusean Forward Defensive Line -

OPERATION: Woodpecker
DATE: 2005/02/28
TIME: 14:15
AREA: Tango Line
LOCATION: ---

Briefing:
The Tango Line is a vital line of defense for the Erusians forces on the eastern mainland. Istas Fortress is a strategic foothold on that line. It utilizes unique terrain features that make it virtually impregnable. Support our troops by attacking and neutralizing the combat power of Istas Fortress. Be forewarned, this will put you within range of Stonehenge. However, your skills should prove to be more than a match for it.

I personally prefer the S-37A since it carries the most UGBL's.. They are the best weapon when hitting the VTOL base and the Submarine pen..

They are also nice when attacking any of the other ground targets.

A few edits made.

Your allies flew F-15Cs, MIG-29As, and Tornados. Also, there were actually 16 Harriers; while the F-14s, F/A-18s, and Rafale Ms respawn infinitely.

No you're mistaken Rodd the ISAF C-17s appear in the mission Whiskey Corridor and are parked on the ground at the southern end of the map. I'll double check just to be sure. Yep in Mission 17.

Same here. You dive in at too high of an angle of attack and you either pull up into the cliffsides or you slam the tail into the ground. always a pain. but i rarely crash nowadays and i try to avoid diving in too steep.

But I swear, I saw a allied plane that looked like that had a C-17 tail.
