Geography:
The geography around the city of Santa Elva is mostly composed of rolling hills. The Lena River, the largest river in Aurelia, runs through the area around Santa Elva. The Lena River divides North and South Aurelia. The city's proximity to the river makes it a valuable link between the two halves of Aurelia for commerce and travel, as well as providing a route to the ocean.

Leasath - Aurelia War:
After multiple engagements between Aureila and Leasath, Santa Elva was taken by the Leasath Military. The Gleipnir's maintenance facilities are built on a dry dock on the bank of the Lena river, because of the depth and width of the river. The Gleipnir, due to the rivers that cut through Santa Elva, was able to make water landings for servicing. In order to protect the Gleipnir in such a vulnerable state, Leasath heavily fortified Santa Elva to repel Aurelian forces.

Following an attack at Terminus Island, the Gleipnir returned to Santa Elva with heavy battle damage. As repairs began on the wounded Gleipnir, the city was unexpectedly attacked by a mixed unit of Aurelian pilots, including Gryphus 1. The Gleipnir attempted an escape despite its incomplete repairs, but failed to do so and was shot down at Santa Elva. The Gleipnir sunk to the bottom of the Lena River. Upon being shot down, one of the Glepnir's wings seperated from the aircraft's main body and fell onto Santa Elva.
