    for psx games I would try PSX its the most accurate and easy to run for beginners. Epsxe is a little more difficult but not to bad, allows for enhancements (like the cel-shading he does) and has greater compatibility and support (nearly 100% of psx games vs 75% for psx) psp games I would go with JPCSP though its still in early development it can run ACX and JA though you need a good PC.
